Our Books and Ballet Camp for kindergarten through 2nd grade is the perfect way for your little dancer to explore the world of ballet! During the camp, your child will learn the basics of ballet techniques and develop their own creative expression. They will also choreograph a ballet based on a book, so they can explore the art of storytelling through movement. Our dance instructor, Ms. Koeppel, is experienced and passionate about teaching the fundamentals of ballet. Each camper will be designing, building, and decorating their very own wooden castle to take home at the end of the week. Campers will learn about blueprints, and architectural planning and spend each day customizing both the exterior and the interior of their castle. We will weave carpets, create custom furniture, decorate houses with fabric accents, and more. DIY Castle Camp is a ton of fun for everyone!
