The Quickstart Academy will use the teaching method of Quickstart Tennis, a program aimed at helping young athletes learn the game of tennis. Using a smaller court, net, racquet, and larger foam tennis balls, the Quickstart method makes the game of tennis easily accessible to the little ones.

Language Enrichment, Acquisition, and Phonics (LEAPS) will reinforce letter-sound correspondences by offering multisensory (visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile), systemic, evidence-based phonics instruction for students in rising 2nd grade. During our two-week classes, LEAPS will focus on blending and segmenting words, CVC/CCVC/CVCC words, consonant blends, digraphs, long vowel magic E, and grade-appropriate vowel teams.

X-STEAM Girl Pop-Ups is a summer intensive where campers engage in hands-on learning to build a brand, products, and pop-up designs through the curriculum using the design-thinking model. Additionally, girls will receive advice from leaders in the field to assist in completing their costumes. Girls will walk away with their very own branded and crafted hand-made costume that reflects their inner heroic personality. At the end of the experience, campers will host a fun and interactive fashion show of their Super Hero Costume designs artistically handcrafted by them. Parents and families of campers are invited to experience the fashion show.
