X-STEAM Girl Pop-Ups is a summer intensive where campers engage in hands-on learning to build a brand, products, and pop-up designs through the curriculum using the design-thinking model. Additionally, girls will receive advice from leaders in the field to assist in completing their costumes. Girls will walk away with their very own custom-designed and hand-made costume that reflects their art and cultural expression - inspired by 80s pop art fashion. At the end of the experience, campers will host a fun and interactive fashion show of their designs artistically handcrafted by them. Parents and families of campers are invited to experience the fashion show.

At our unique week-long experience, campers will embark on an imaginative journey where they become young shipbuilders, crafting their very own cardboard boats. Guided by experienced instructors, they'll learn the basics of boat design and safety, using simple tools and eco-friendly materials to bring their visions to life. Throughout the week, campers will engage in a variety of hands-on activities that foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The adventure culminates in a thrilling race across the lake, where these young sailors test the seaworthiness of their cardboard creations in a friendly competition. This unforgettable experience not only provides a fun-filled introduction to STEM principles and creative design but also instills a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie among the campers.

Will you create a space fit for fairies and unicorns to call home? A hideout for your favorite action figures? – the choice is up to you! Each camper will be designing, building, and decorating their very own dollhouse to take home at the end of the week. Campers will learn about blueprints, and architectural planning and spend each day customizing both the exterior and the interior of their dollhouse. We will weave carpets, create custom furniture, decorate the houses with fabric accents, and more. DIY Dollhouse Camp is a ton of fun for everyone!
