'How to be Lovely' Children's Etiquette

ACT Prep Session II
For girls and boys in grades 11-12
Date/Time: Monday-Friday, September 30-October 4; 3:40-5:40 pm
Instructor: ACT Prep Instructor
Cost: Science/Math M-W: $325
English/Reading TH-F: $250
Full Week/All Subjects: $475
This class takes a deep dive into what it takes to succeed on the ACT. Participants will examine the tendencies of the ACT and learn general and content-specific strategies. Students will also gain valuable experience by working through problems from actual ACT tests.

For girls in 1st grade

Dates/Time: Mondays, September 9-November 18 (no class 10/ 7), and January 6-March 31 (no class on 1/20, 2/17, 3/10); 3:00-4:00 PM
Instructor: Louisa Koeppel (Hutchison dance teacher)
Cost: $500
Ballet 1 will reinforce and expand the ballet experience through classical technique, creativity, and dance-making. Plain pink or black leotard with or without a skirt and pink or skin-toned ballet shoes are required.
Ballet students will perform in the Dance Concert on Tuesday, April 1 at 6:00 pm and the school matinee on Wednesday, April 2. Rehearsals will tentatively be on Friday 3/28, and Monday 3/31.

Basketball Preseason Clinic
For girls in grades 5-8
Date/Time: Monday, October 14 from 3:45-5:45 PM
Coach: Thomas Jones (Hutchison basketball coach)

This clinic is an all-around skill training program that includes all facets of the game in preparation for the upcoming season.

Cross Country League
For Hutchison girls in grades 3-4
Dates/Time: Monday, August 26 (all other Mondays will only be the meets) Wednesdays, and Thursdays; August 26-October 3 from 6:50-7:45 AM (no practice on September 2)
Meets at Shelby Farms: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30; 4:45-6:00 PM
State Qualifier: Saturday, October 12 time TBD
Coach: Jill Allen & Julie Reynolds (middle school teacher and runner)
Cost: $400, includes jersey and all fees

Design, Build, Move LEGO
For girls in grades 1-4
Date/Time: Mondays, September 9-October 29 (no class 10/ 7) (8 Sessions) from 3:15-4:15 PM
Instructor: Itch 2 Learn

This unique class uses LEGO building elements to engage students in the exploration of physical science. This class will help foster an
understanding of forces, motion, and interactions by providing easy hands-on learning experiences without the need for technology.

A definitive guide to living gracefully. Young ladies will refine skills in polite conversation and conflict resolution, healthy home-keeping habits, and elegant posture and movement in tricky clothing, just to name a few.

Private Music Lessons
For girls and boys in grades K-12
Private lessons for 30 or 45 minutes in piano, violin, viola, voice, or harp are offered—all skill levels.
*You must have access to the instrument you are taking lessons for to practice outside of your lesson.
Students who took lessons last spring have priority for the fall semester.
Space is limited.

Soccer Shots - SPARK

The main goal of our sports clinics is to promote growth and enhance skill development.
