ACT Prep Session I
For girls and boys in grades 11-12
Date/Time: Monday-Friday, August 25-29; 3:40-5:40 pm

This class takes a deep dive into what it takes to succeed on the ACT. Participants will examine the tendencies of the ACT and learn general and content-specific strategies. Students will also gain valuable experience by working through problems from actual ACT tests.

Ballet 3
For girls in grade 3Date/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 9-December 4 (no class 10/7, 10/9, 10/30, or 11/25) from 3:00-4:00 PM
- Rehearsals: December 9, 3:00-5:15 PM & December 10, 2:15-4:30 PM
- The Nutcracker Performance: December 11
Instructor: Louisa Koeppel (Hutchison dance teacher)
Cost: $600
Students in Ballet 3 continue to gain strength, agility, grace, and camaraderie in their dance and dance-making. Plain pink or black leotard with or without a skirt, pink or skin-toned ballet tights or black leggings, and pink or skin-toned ballet shoes are required.
The fall session of Ballet will conclude with a performance of The Nutcracker on Thursday, December 11, and rehearsals will tentatively be on Tuesday, December 9, and Wednesday, December 10, for 3rd-grade dancers.

Bee Notes Choir
For Hutchison girls in grades K-1

Performance: Choral Concert on December 4

Learn vocal techniques for performances. This class gives students a strong foundation for the proper use of their vocal talent and the basics of choral singing.
*Bee Notes will perform at the Hutchison Choral Concert on December 4 at 6:00 pm. Rehearsals will be announced closer to the concert date.

Cheer and Tumbling
For Hutchison girls in JK

Cheer and Tumbling class is designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of cheerleading and basic gymnastics in a fun and engaging environment. In this class, JK girls will learn essential skills such as coordination, balance, and strength through age-appropriate tumbling exercises, jumping techniques, and cheer routines. With a focus on teamwork, creativity, and self-confidence, the program encourages social interaction and helps develop listening skills while fostering a love for movement and fitness.

Crafty Creators

Every child needs a creative outlet!
Crafting allows creative interests to blossom using different materials, colors, tools, and mediums. Weekly crafts are age appropriate with guided instruction and assistance.

For Hutchison girls in grades 3-4
Dates/Time: Mondays: August 18 & 25 — on these two Mondays, practices will run from 3:30–4:30 PM; other Mondays are reserved for meets only.

Thursdays: August 21 through October 2 — weekly 3:30–4:30 PM

This league runs through Memphis Youth Athletics and meets are at Shelby Farms Park on Mondays. Parents and spectators can purchase premium parking passes for the season (excluding the Frank Horton Classic and non-MYA regional & TSSAA State Meet) for $30 starting August 1st. After August 31st, the price will increase to $40. There are 75 passes per division available.

Holiday Crafting JK
